Rathbun Regional Water Association offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Auto-Pay
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Auto-Pay form and email to [email protected], drop it off or mail it to our office. This option is only available if you have a smart meter that can be read through the Internet. If interested in Auto-Pay and the advantages of a smart meter please contact us.
E-Pay
With any computer and Internet access, RRWA customers are able to retrieve their account(s); view payment history, prior usage and meter information; receive e-mail payment reminders; enter current meter readings to calculate the monthly bill; and confirm the bill to be paid from a bank account or credit card all in a matter of minutes. E-Pay, through a secure log-on process, will provide customers a quick and convenient quality service, consolidating all of their accounts in one easily accessible online site. Although prior registration will be necessary, the customer will be able to pay bills online through the simple click of a mouse, yet still have the same control regarding when to pay. Simply download and fill out the E-Pay form and email to [email protected], drop it off or mail it to our office.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date of the 15th of the month.
Payment in person
You may leave your cash, check, or money order payment in our secure drop box at our office address of 16166 Hwy J29, Centerville, IA 52544.
